Graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the Belarusian State University in 2010, he also successfully completed his studies at Leon Kozminsky University in Warsaw on the Executive MBA program.

Career

Recently - Deputy Director for External Economic Activities in "BDK" holding company. Expert in the management of marketing and sales departments. Since 2012 he’s engaged in advising large companies on automation, moreover he was the first in Belarus who implemented a lean production system. He has founded Easy Standart company in 2014.

Alexander Belyasov

Head of sales

Education

Graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the Belarusian State University in 2009, he has also attended seminars "Introductory Course: Leader and Team", "Managing Personal Performance: Public Speaking" and "5 scenarios of conversation with a subordinate" at the Business School "Here and Now."

Career

He devoted 6 years to business analysts and research and evaluation. Since 2011, he moved to active work with clients, and then - to Internet marketing. He’s a professional in setting up and maintaining contextual advertising. Since 2014 - Head of sales in Easy Standart company.

He also had degree course in Bryant College (Rhode Island, USA) and professional internships in large American companies. In 2012 he completed his studies at Leon Kozminsky University in Warsaw on the Executive MBA program.

EASY STANDART CORPORATE LIFE

Corporate life in Easy Standart is throbbing. During the year, we participate in exhibitions, organize events, take part in various competitions.

Work in our company is not only work ... work ... work ... It's also a rest: New Year and Birthday corporate parties;February 23, March 8 and standardization day celebrations; congratulations on the birthday / wedding / the birth of the child.

We play curling together, hold karting championships, visit quest-rooms and activity parks, organize picnics for the whole team. Moreover, we carry out joint trips abroad every year.

Company’s Traditions

Traveling with corporate flag
In Easy Standart we have traditions, like in a family. We not only work in 5 parts of the world, but also travel, and the company's flag travels with us to different cities and countries. Recently we have visited Germany, Greece and won the mountain top in the Carpathians. The previously visited places are Tanzania, Mongolia, Baikonur and Druskininkai.

Table games competition
Another great tradition is connected with table games. Once a month, a competition is held among employees for one of the games (we have 12 from the economic to the brain games). Recently, we also bought foosball, which allows employees to relax.

"A" player
Every month we choose the best employee in our sales department. The criterion is the amount of payment from clients. The company's main trophy - a horse - goes to the winner.

Self-training
This tradition allows us to develop together. If someone from the staff has read a book on professional subjects or attended a seminar, then he makes a presentation and shares his knowledge with colleagues.
